| Abstract | As is well known, institutions are reducing complexity by structuring specific functions for specific services as well. Nevertheless, such a reductionist specialization of complexity that structures itself as a bureaucracy can not go so far as to inflect the discursive openings necessary for them to renew and, above all, to justify themselves. Clearly, such organizations need to maintain ties with the lived world. It is precisely within this range that the present volume 4, Work, interaction and discourse of the Habermas series, discourse and organizations, provides fundamental studies in this direction, especially in the treatment of information. The preoccupation with the place of the network culture and the communication in the present day gives the emphasis of the texts, in a comprehensive way, but without losing the focus for the specific objectives of the presented research. The studies are theoretically well grounded, current, but also prospective. They do not neglect a critical concern, but are able to see the emancipatory potentials repressed in the already existing. | pt_BR |
| Resumo | Como se sabe, instituições são redutoras de complexidade, mediante a estruturação de funções específicas para prestações também específicas. Não obstante, tal especialização redutora da complexidade que se estrutura como burocracia não pode ir ao ponto de inflexionar as aberturas discursivas necessárias para que elas se renovem e, principalmente, se justifiquem. Dito claramente, tais organizações precisam manter vínculos com o mundo vivido. É precisamente nesse diapasão que o presente volume 4, Trabalho, interação e discurso da série Habermas, discurso e organizações, aporta estudos fundamentais nessa direção, especialmente no trato da informação. A preocupação com o lugar da cultura de rede e da comunicação nos dias atuais dá a tônica dos textos, de forma abrangente, mas sem perder o foco para os objetivos específicos da pesquisa apresentada. Os estudos são teoricamente bem embasados, atuais, mas também prospectivos. Não descuram de uma preocupação crítica, mas são capazes de ver os potenciais emancipatórios represados no já existente. | pt_BR |
