Políticas de informação no contexto das políticas públicas de incentivo à cultura

Abstract

The research dels with the Public Policies of Incentive to the Culture. This policy is regulated and applied by the Secretarieat of the Ministry of the Culture of the Presidence of Republic (SEC/PR) with contultation to the National Commission of Incentive to Culture (CNIC), in the case of evaluation of the benefited artistic forms in the determination in the year of 1995, when a new regulation of the Law promulgated in 1991 was promulgated, startins its application, and the year of 1996, when the first accomplishments could be observed. Although there is a variety in ways of conduction of culture policies, two great dominant ideal models of cultural policies with differentiated conceptions of culture exist today and in what concerns the amplitude of the role of the State in the scope of the production and cultural maintenance. The first model is the one that admits a bigger centrality of the State in the stimulation, diffusion and maintenance of the culture, with roots in the concept of Nation and the cultural identity; this model represented by France ..
